Accessibility statement.
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. Our approach
At 360 AXE, our rule is that everything we make is multicultural. Our websites, apps and services should work for people of any language, background or ability. This statement explains what we do to make our websites and apps accessible, where we still fall short, and how to tell us about a problem.
2. What we do
- Real text, not images of text. Our pages use real text rather than text built into images. This means pages can be translated by your browser, and work with screen readers, text resizing and other assistive technology.
- Content in more than one language. We publish key pages in more than one language, and our pages are built so that translation tools can translate them accurately.
- Clear structure. We use headings, lists and descriptive links so pages are easy to follow, and we aim for every page to work with a keyboard.
- Alternative text. We aim to give meaningful images a text description.
- Other ways to reach us. Ava answers phone calls in many languages. If a phone call does not suit you, you can reach us by email at accessibility@360axe.com.
3. Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a target we work towards, not a claim that our websites or apps have been tested or certified as meeting it.
4. Known limitations
We are a small team and some parts of our websites and apps do not yet fully meet our target. In general terms:
- some demos and older pages may not yet have been fully checked for accessibility;
- some images, charts or videos may not yet have text descriptions or captions;
- automatic translation may not always be accurate, especially for technical or legal wording;
- some content comes from other providers, such as payment pages run by our payment provider or app store listings, and we cannot control how accessible it is; and
- Ava is a voice service, so it may not suit people who are Deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment. These customers and callers can contact us or the business by email instead.
We review and improve our pages over time, and we fix problems as they are reported to us.
5. Reporting a barrier
If you have trouble using any part of our websites, apps or services, please tell us. Email accessibility@360axe.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line and include:
- the page address or the name of the app;
- what you were trying to do and what went wrong; and
- the device, browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you know.
We will reply as soon as we can and, where possible, give you the information or service you need in another way while we work on a fix.
You can write to us in your own language.
