Refunds and cancellation: Ava

The short version

Your first month of Ava costs A$9 (incl. GST). Think of it as a test drive, priced low on purpose so you can hear how she handles your calls before you commit to anything. If she isn't right for you, cancel before your second month starts and you won't pay anything more.

Your first month: A$9 (incl. GST)

Why not free? Because free is easy to ignore. Setting Ava up for your business takes real work on our side: a phone number, server time, and configuration shaped around how you run things. So we ask for a small commitment back. A$9 gets you a full month of Ava, the same service that costs A$249 a month after that. Think of it as a fair bet. Give her a month, and you'll see for yourself how many calls she picked up that would have gone to voicemail, and what those missed bookings were costing you. Because we carry almost all of that first month ourselves, the A$9 is not refundable for change of mind.

After the first month: A$249 per month (incl. GST)

Unless you cancel, Ava continues at A$249 per month, billed in advance, starting when your first month ends. We don't give refunds for a change of mind part-way through a month. When you cancel, Ava keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

How to cancel

Email cancel@360axe.com from the email address on your account, with your business name. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, with no penalty and no further charge. We'll confirm your cancellation by email. If you don't receive that confirmation, please get in touch again so nothing slips through.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong on our side and Ava doesn't work as she should, contact us and we'll put it right. That may include a refund where the law requires one.
