You probably haven’t
heard people talk about us.
That’s mostly on purpose. We’ve been trading since 2006 — when the operator ABN behind this studio went active in Western Australia. For a long time the work stayed quiet: business-to-business, often under NDAs — the kind of delivery that doesn’t need a loud public portfolio. Some of it even showed up on YouTube without a client name attached. That’s the point.
Early spatial work was already in the culture: 360 AXE built Australia Island in Second Life — covered by the Sydney Morning Herald in 2008.
The name you see now — 360 AXE — and this site arrived later. Business name and 360axe.com in 2020. Same craft, finally with a front door.
We don’t put a CV on the homepage. We put things you can try.
How we work.
Listen. Design. Build. Ship. Stay on after launch.
We hire and work with people from different cultures and backgrounds. We don't discriminate on race, gender, age, disability, religion, or orientation. What matters is the craft and how you treat the work — the best fit for the role, not whether the seat is filled by a human or an AI teammate.
How we think.
We built 360 AXE as an umbrella, not a spotlight. The set is bigger than any one person — ideas get better when capable people can show up, speak, and grow the work together. We’d rather the identity live in what we ship than in a founder on a poster.
That habit goes back a long way: prefer programming the machine once so the whole crew moves, instead of repeating the same grind for applause.
Meet the team.
Here you meet the people and systems behind 360 AXE. Roles go to whoever fits them best. Alongside our studio, AI agents carry out defined product and operations roles — not a directory of human employees. We say so plainly so you always know who, and what, you are dealing with.
Where.
